Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via NZ Post Courier. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

If something is not in stock, when can I receive it?

Do you offer international shipping?

We can ship internationally on request via DHL. Please contact info@parisian.co.nz with your location, and what you would like to order, and we can provide a quote for delivery.

Product Care

How should I store and care for my leather accessories?

All Parisian leathers are full grain genuine leather. As a natural product, your chosen Parisian product will develop a unique character and patina over time.

Store your leather belts and accessories in a cool, dry place, and keep away from excessive moisture. For cleaning your leather goods, use a soft damp cloth to gently wipe away any dirt or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the leather's natural finish. After cleaning, allow the leather to air dry away from direct heat sources. Leather goods can be treated with care with specialised leather conditioners. Please carefully test before applying.

What do I do if my leather accessories get wet?

Wipe dry with a soft cloth, and allow the leather to air dry away from direct heat sources.

Can I wash my tie or bow tie in a washing machine?

No, ties and bow ties are to be dry-cleaned only, and cannot be put in a washing machine or dryer.

Sizing

How do I select my belt size?

We recommend measuring one of your current belts to find your size.

We also recommend ordering a size up from your usual size (e.g. If you are normally size M, we suggest ordering your belt in size L), as our sizes do run slightly smaller than average.

Returns & Repairs

Do you do repairs? Can you repair my damaged tie or belt?

If you have a Parisian Crafted item that you would like repaired, please contact us on info@parisian.co.nz, preferably with detailed images of the repair required. We will always endeavour to repair if possible.

I have ordered my Parisian Crafted belt in the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Yes of course, we can exchange belt sizes. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Customised Product

Can you customise products?

Yes, we can make customised product for wholesale orders to include a company logo or branding, for example. Please contact us on sales@parisian.co.nz for further information; Our team is happy to answer any queries you may have.

Can I have something custom made for a special gift?

We are unable to offer one-off customised services online at this stage. However this may be something we offer in the future. Watch this space.
